The Whistler Bodega Cask

Named for the bodegas where they sourced some of Spain’s most exquisite Oloroso Sherry Butts and matured some of Ireland’s finest triple distilled single malt in them for at least 5 long years, which created a single malt with juicy, sherry vibrancy whilst never losing that characteristic single malt quality. 100% malted barley, wholly matured in Spanish Sherry Butts for 5 years.
Stewed dark fruits, leather, chocolate and tobacco on the fore with citrus peel and caramel undertones.
On the palate there is an oily mouthfeel, with leather, spices, dried figs and sultanas, coupled with bitter chocolate and dry citrus peel and a long, lingering, dry finish mouthfeel with dried fruits, and maltiness remaining.
