Muga rioja

Muga's Reserva Rioja is a classic of the region. Smooth, silky and full of ripe fruit, this is a beautiful wine which can either be drunk on release or aged for years.

Full-bodied, ripe style with bright lively fruit flavours and well-knit tannins giving structure.
Made by Muga, one of the most highly respected bodegas in Rioja Alta, established in 1852.
This is a Rioja Reserva, meaning it must be aged for at least one year in oak and two in bottle before release.
Lovely to drink from release but equally capable of ageing for many years.
Serve with red meats or bellotta ham.
