The Whistler Calvados Cask Finish

Adding to the Whistler range is a limited release blended whiskey that has been finished in Calvados casks from renowned producer Chateau du Breuil in Normandy. The Whistler Premium Blend was left to finish in these casks for around 15 months. Rich notes of stewed apples, orchard fruits and creamy vanilla.
The nose consists of apple drops, fresh citrus zest, creamy and luscious toffee undertones with banana, apricot, melon and creamy red raspberries. The palate is represented by sweet peach on the fore with pear and a bright fresh citrus zest. Malt undertone with creamy vanilla underneath.
