Le Bio Balthazar Minervois

This clean, fruit driven, full-bodied Minervois is from destemmed bunches fermented with skins for 4 weeks in tank. The colour is a deep ink garnet-redwith purple tints. The nose is rich and complex with rosemary, blackcurrant, black cherries and garrigue. It is smooth,well balanced and refreshing.
