‘The Generation Trilogy’ second release, HADDINGTON, is an 11 Year Old Irish Single Malt 46% ABV, matured in bourbon, finished in old Guyana rum. Winner of a Gold at the 2021 Irish Whiskey Awards in the category ‘Single Malt 11 years and younger’. All three of The Generation Trilogy – Toomevara, Haddington and Finisher’s Touch – have won Gold in the Irish Whiskey Awards or the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. 3,500 bottles, numbered, and signed by Eunan Ryan. The first thing you notice is the rich mouth-feel as the flavour profile reveals crunchy nougat, peach strudel, creamy toffee, toasted oak, and dash of ripe banana. The finish is medium length and very smooth with a pleasant spice.
