Henry Champliau Wild Miss 55

Pouring a pale pink colour, this sparkling wine has a fine and very dense mousse. Think ripe red fruits like raspberries and cherries on the palate. As this wine is made from Gamay, it is naturally very aromatic. Fantastic on its own or with a summer fruit based dessert.
