Capel Pisco Especial

A Chilean Pisco that is made using grapes sourced from the Elqui valley which is located in the Atacama desert. This has been double distilled and aged briefly in American oak barrels. Very herbal with notes of grass. There's an underlying sweetness to it reminiscent of grapes. Also slightly sweet with a bit grassiness
