Ever since I started working here I've always looked at this as my go to wine
It's produced with low-yielding Merlot (50%) with Cabernets Sauvignon and a little bit of Cab Franc, It has a deliciously fruity nose with cherry and spices; supple with interesting weight, structure and ripeness the palate has lots of clean red berry fruit, plum and hints of dusty cherries. The finish is fresh and well-balanced.
It gets fantastic reviews by all the Irish Media every year
