St. Cyrgues Saint Cirice

St Cirice shows aromas of ripe tomato, along with Mediterranean herbs. With a little air, it reveals cherry confiture and warming spice. It is light to medium-bodied and has a very soft, almost plush mouthfeel, with flavours of red berries and finishes with a lift of fresh acidity and a savoury twist. The blend is made up of 50% Syrah, 30% Grenache, 10% Marselan and 10% Merlot.
