Dveri Pax - Furmint Pinot Gris

The blend is 40% Sipon (Furmint), 30% Sivi Pinot (Pinot Gris), 8% Welsch Riesling and a touch of 2% Traminer, which lends an extra sense of place given the grape’s long history as a traditional variety in this part of Europe. Fresh with stone fruit texture. Perfectly balanced weight, acidity and right in the middle of the dry-sweet spectrum.
