Created by the Stafford family from Co. Wexford, they have crafted a gin from the harvest of potato crops they so lovingly produce. Infused with black peppercorn, orris root, and cassia bark among others, this potato gin is carefully crafted to capture the rich earthy tones of Wexford soil.
