Grace O'Malley Rum Cask Irish Whiskey

Grace O’Malley Rum Cask Whiskey is a special blend in which several Whiskey batches with different ages of up to ten years are combined in order to achieve the perfect balance of fruitiness, age character, complexity and suppleness. This special blend, unique in Ireland for its high content of double-distilled malt, is refined in Caribbean-aged rum barrels in order to achieve an extra rich flavour. Shows a great fruity character with hints of toffee, ripe banana and tropical fruits. On the palate, there is a creamy start with a fusion of aromas of roasted grain and notes of fruit compote. Long and sweet finish with persistent rum notes.
