Medium-bodied and dry. This Chablis Grand Cru has a clean, mineral-driven acidity. Prominent mineral notes like wet stone and flint followed by wonderfully bright tree fruit and citrus notes. Apple, melon and pear paired with lemon and grapefruit. Some honey sweetness on the finish.
