Fercullen Amarone Cask

On the nose there is summer fruit meringue, strawberry, cherry, plum, lime, mint, apple, cut hay. On the palate you will find notes of vanilla, honey, custard drizzled over poached summer fruits with digestive biscuits. Fruit pudding giving way to soft oak spice on the finish.
