Emiliana Eco Cabernet Sauvignon

A nose of ripe dark fruits, spice and mint. The palate is nicely balanced with hints of fruits such as cassis and then more acidic fruits like green apples. This is followed by mint and chocolate making this a fairly classic Chilean cabernet sauvignon. Pairs well with red meats and strong cheeses.
