Domaine Goisot Bourgogne Cotes d'Auxerre
A medium to full-bodied Chardonnay. Quite dry with a lively zippy acidity. Notes of citrus fruits like lemon and lime. Some tree fruits also like pear, apple and even some nectarine. A lovely mineral edge with some honey sweetness.
