Domaine Boisson Cairanne Les Trois Terroirs

Made from old vines planted in three geological areas of Cairanne (Les Sables, Les Coteaux, and Le Garrigues). 50% Grenache, 20% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre and 10% Carignan. Aromas of red fruits like strawberry and morello cherry and spicy notes of black pepper and licorice. Its ample and refined palate continues with more fruit, spices and garrigue (thyme, bay leaf). The texture of the wine is fine supported by a light tannic structure which provides a silky and delicate finish.
