The Whale Caller White

This is a wonderful blend of Chenin blanc and Sauvignon blanc, it is light crisp with just enough fruit to appeal to the palate. It is a great aperitif on summer nights and excellent with any fish. It also goes well with chicken or pork but can also complement pastas even with a tomato based sauce.
