Particular Garnacha

The typical energy and intensity of fresh Garnacha fruit is richer and more complex here because this wine is made from the produce of old vines. Further depth and flavour is added by between six and fourteen months' ageing in oak barrels to give a generous, robust red that pairs wonderfully with red meats but also makes a great match with hearty, full-flavoured fish or vegetable dishes.
