William Downie Petit Manseng shows white flowers and limes, lemon curd and minerals. The palate is long and beautifully balanced: the gentle sweetness tempered perfectly by a strong zing of cleansing acid. A fantastic surprise and brilliant use of a grape seldom seen in this country.
