Bodega Colome Autentico Malbec
100% Malbec from vineyards located at the high altitude of the Upper Calchaqui Valley, in the Salta region.
Grapes were triple-sorted, once in the vineyard, once for imperfections on the sorting table and again for green material in the must before entering the fermentation tanks. Produced using traditional techniques and no commercial yeasts (such as lactic acid) are added. Acid additions are minimal, there is no oak influence and it is bottled without filtration.

Winemaker's Comments
An intense, almost inky black colour. Black fruit aromas mingle with cherries, white mulberry, figs and an elegant spiciness with a mineral touch. The palate has a nice crisp acidity with the robust mid-palate showing great concentration. Ripe and fine-grained tannins give structure and balance.
